A newly-launched service placing recent graduates into their second role “was always on the cards” according to Dan Hawes, co-founder of the Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB) which announces its new offering this week.
GRB has launched two new experienced hire divisions, GRB Analytical and GRB IT, specialising in placing analytical and IT candidates with at least two years of work experience.
Hawes (pictured) says that over the years many clients had approached GRB with briefs for experienced graduates, “which we turned down as we remained strictly focussed on entry level placements”.
“It got to a point where we couldn't ignore it especially from clients in the IT and analytical sectors,” he adds, “for the past few months we have been building up our pool of experienced and talented graduates, two to three years into their career.”
The firm has also opened new City of London premises for both its experienced and graduate divisions. It is headquartered in Brighton.
