Employment minister discusses ‘biggest of generation’ HR law change at CIPD

Published earlier this month, the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act “has the potential to significantly affect the employment relationship, with changes to whistle-blowing legislation and to how settlement agreements are used”, a CIPD press statement says.

The London event will also include a number of legal speakers, including from the conciliation service ACAS and law firms Dechert and DLA Piper.
