Wed, 10 Apr 2013Multi-sector recruitment group Solutions Recruiter has secured a new fund raising and refinancing deal after six months’ working with Ryecroft Glenton Corporate Finance.

This includes working capital and day-to-day banking facilities from Barclays and development capital from FW Capital underpinning the company’s expansion through the North East Growth Plus Fund.

BHP Law advised the shareholders of Solutions and law firm Watson Burton acted for FW Capital.
