Demand for business analysts and change professionals, as well as more traditional software, has seen IT recruitment firm Jumar Solutions open a new office to expand its presence in the North of England.

The company, which is headquartered in Birmingham, has already worked with clients in the region from its head office. Staff covering the North and North-West are now relocating to its new Oldham premises.

The company was founded in 2000 and provides both contract and permanent staff for all aspects of what it terms the “IT life cycle”.

It says that in the current economic climate, firms looking to drive growth are looking to IT specialists such as business and change professionals, as well as “the more traditional roles including software testers and developers”.
