The company, headed by software developer William Pavelin, provides clients with a personalised yourcompanyname.jobswith.us domain name.

The job sites include various social media plug-ins, integrations with job posting services Broadbean and idibu, and the potential for undertaking live interviews through the website.

Topically, Recruit Buddy also notes that among the personalised branding options on the website, alongside choice of colour and use of logo, is the opportunity to create “custom pages such as interview tips or even their company's own version of the Harlem Shake”.
