International recruiter ManpowerGroup is to acquire Workshop Holding, the parent company of Norwegian construction industry recruitment specialist Workshop Bemanning og Kompetanse.

International recruiter ManpowerGroup is to acquire Workshop Holding, the parent company of Norwegian construction industry recruitment specialist Workshop Bemanning og Kompetanse.

Together, ManpowerGroup Norway and Workshop have around 7,000 workers on assignment daily.

The deal, which sees Workshop sold by private equity company Borea Opportunity, is pending approval from the Norwegian Competition Authority and should be concluded in April.
