HR veteran Mike Cutt has joined the advisory board of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider cph.

Cutt has previously been the HR director at Thomas Cook, Boots and B&Q, and head of retail HR at Nationwide Building Society.

He is also currently a non-executive director of the specialist businesses division of The Co-operative Group.
