Aligra restructures at the top with promotions

UK-based recruiter Aligra has announced a key leadership restructure that reflects the company’s strategic vision for the future.

Founder and current managing director Mark Neilson (left) will move to group CEO, while Andy Rowlatt (right) has been promoted to the role of MD.

Reflecting Aligra’s commitment to developing leadership from within, Rowlatt will take responsibility for overseeing day-to-day operations, strengthening client relationships, and driving continued success and expansion across Aligra’s UK business.

As group CEO, Neilson will continue to lead the company’s overall strategy and direction, maintaining a hands-on role in UK operations while also exploring opportunities for further national and international growth.

Since its launch in 2007, Aligra has remained a privately-held business, committed to delivering temporary and permanent recruitment services to clients across various industries. According to a statement from the company, this leadership transition underscores its continued investment in its people and long-term growth strategy.
