Recruitment software provider Voyager has witnessed a 15% increase in quotes to customers in August compared to July, according to its sales director Paul Thompson.

Thompson says: “Some may say it is too early to tell but the more pro-active recruiters seem to be making the most of the opportunity and are attracting the best recruitment talent.  While it is certainly the case that recruitment businesses have contracted sharply during the downturn, with some areas of the industry laying off large numbers of their staff, there are now signs of an upturn.”
