Specialist health and social care recruiter PULSE is to open a new branch in Toronto, Canada.

The new branch will cater for health and social care professionals worldwide, placing them in both temporary and permanent roles and adds to an international network of staffing services in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the Middle East.
