Gatszu.com, an online recruitment website that connects employers boasting qualified vacancies to registered recruiters across the UK, is to launch in February.
In partnership with The Sunday Times HR business network, Gatszu.com aims to connect recruitment agencies to employers, ranging from SMEs to blue chip companies, all with immediate, qualified vacancies.
Employers simply post their vacancy, specify the fixed fee they’re willing to pay an agent for successfully placing a candidate, and engage/disengage with agents via Gatszu.com’s direct messaging service.
With a click of a mouse, employers can review a recruitment agency’s performance history and choose who they wish to engage. Once they have approved and accepted an approach from an agency, suitable candidates can be submitted and considered for a position. Employers can disengage from a relationship at any time, or engage with multiple parties.
According to Gatszu, recruitment specialists benefit from an instant access pool of qualified vacancies across all areas of UK industry, without the need for business development or acceptance onto a PSL. In addition, recruiters receive full, fixed-fee payment from Gatszu.com within 45 days, affording predictable cash flow and effective management.
Gatszu.com has been established by recruitment expert Stuart Murray, with support from Phil Anders, founder of AndersElite, and former chairman of the Technical section of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), plus finance specialist Paul Cheetham.
