One in five HR professionals are seeking a new job, according to research from Croner Reward.

One in five HR professionals are seeking a new job, according to research from Croner Reward.

The research also shows 46% of private sector and 13% of public sector respondents report unchanged salaries, while of those that had enjoyed an increase, the average award was 2%.

Meanwhile, 74% report that they work more than the typical contracted 39 hours per week – 30% more than five years ago, while 27% work 46 hours a week or more, a significant increase from just 11% in 2005.
