Communications firm Telefónica O2 UK has agreed a deal with talent management specialist Ochre House to assist with its resourcing across the UK.
 
Operating within O2’s existing UK resourcing team, Ochre House will enable O2 to identify high potential talent and provide enhanced career opportunities for existing employees.
