Talent management solution provider StepStone has been chosen by cable industry firm Nexans to implement a talent management solution using StepStone’s modular suite.

Nexans will roll the career management system out in 39 countries, which covers 22,400 employees.

Nolwenn Fonseca Durao, HR project manager at Nexans, says: “Our objective is to use StepStone’s tool both for talent management and as a human resources information system. Nexans will benefit from using a single database to handle compensation, skills and performance management, career and succession planning, and the development needs of our employees.”
