Learn.com has been chosen by on-demand talent management solutions provider Taleo to be its premier learning management system (LMS) partner.

The alliance will integrate Taleo Development, a new development planning application, and LearnCenter LMS. Taleo Development allows employees and managers to build development plans that are linked with their goals, performance reviews and career plans. 

The integration will allow Taleo Development to link directly to training courses managed by Learn.com.
