Professional services firm KPMG has appointed Rachel Campbell as its global head of people, performance and culture (PPC).

Professional services firm KPMG has appointed Rachel Campbell as its global head of people, performance and culture (PPC).

The current head of people for KPMG Europe will work with KPMG member firms to drive KPMG’s ‘Employer of Choice’ strategy globally.

John Harrison, deputy chairman at KPMG International, says: “We look forward to Rachel’s further contributions as global head of people, performance and culture. She brings a depth of experience to our global leadership team through her work serving global clients and as head of people for KPMG Europe.
