The Institute of Recruiters (IOR) has launched a programme to export UK Recruitment Standards and expert knowledge to buyers around the world.

As part of the programme, ‘World Class Recruiting Standards’, the IOR is working with a number of companies to put together a training, support and education offering, to the highest UK standards, in an online (web-based with video, tutorials, one-to-one and group webinars etc).

The IOR says if the pilot is successful, it will refine it and market it with a growing set of resources and a more powerful delivery platform.
