Technology solutions provider ODESIA Group has acquired privately-owned business & IT recruitment firm Gestion Passerelle.

The deal sees ODESIA pay C$600k (£379k) now, and a further C$250k “following the achievement of certain sales volume milestones”. ODESIA revenues are set to rise by around 25%, it states in a press notice.
