IT recruiters Ifftner Solutions and Anglia IT have announced plans to rebrand the company.

The move follows Ifftner’s acquisition of Anglia IT in 2009.

Managing director Jim Marshall says: “This is something we have been keen to do since our acquisition of Anglia IT in 2009 but we are now very close to a complete refresh which will undoubtedly provide great opportunities for us all. 

“It is clear the talents of both businesses complement each other well and we feel the time is right to merge the brands into one. We are entering into the first phase of our marketing strategy and look forward to revealing our new brand as well as additional services during the course of the next few months.”

An Ifftner spokesperson told Recruiter that the name of the new company is yet to be decided.
