The firm is targeting agencies turning over between £3m-£15m from a single or multi-office location and be focused on the construction, rail, defence, oil & gas, social care and legal sectors, and other areas such as healthcare, banking or insurance may be considered.

The agency, with offices in Australia and the UK, adds that it also plans to fund start-up recruitment companies, offering highly motivated, ambitious recruiters the opportunity to achieve their dream of owning and running a successful agency.
