How do you grab consumers’ imagination and explain a complicated technological solution at the same time?

The team behind MyJobMatcher.com, a new job matching service that aims to significantly increase the quality of matches between CVs and vacancies, is turning to a character designed to bring their service to life.

Meet Bob, as explained by MyJobMatcher.com technical director Arran Stewart.

A product of the Opinio Group, MyJobMatcher.com went live in May. Candidates upload their CVs to the site and receive job matches from a number of UK job boards. Matches are based only on information contained in the CV, meaning that users cannot ask to receive jobs in disciplines in which they have no experience. The system uses artificial intelligence to match jobs to users.
