Telecoms and defence staffing specialist Everyone Everywhere has launched today.

The firm, based in Central Doncaster, has been set up by directors Steve Allenby, Dean Russell and Lisa Graham.

Graham told Recruiter that the new business brings together telecoms and defence experts Allenby and Russell, while Graham herself has worked in the telecoms sector, as well as in recruitment.

“The reason we got together was that the two other directors and myself have at least 25 years’ experience in recruitment and telecoms. We decided to blend the two together and do recruitment into the telecoms and defence market.

“We know the type of people our clients are looking for — we have done it ourselves. We know on the defence side it is a demanding and challenging environment — we have been there ourselves.

“We provide defence contractors that can go into Afghanistan and Kosovo and places like that. We serve the telecoms industry, so wireless 4G technology engineers initially. We recruit project managers and project engineers for the defence sector.

“The telecoms and defence market is pretty buoyant at the moment. There is a global roll-out of 4G technology on smart phones and the next generation of technology.”
