IT recruiter JM Group has launched its digital recruitment arm, as it expands away from the banking sector to work with digital marketing agencies.
In the last few years the company has seen a big rise in demand for digital staff within the banking sector, driven by web-based trading systems, and social media and mobile technology.
This has increased jobs in roles such as user experience (UX) designers, digital and web project managers and information architects.
The new division is headed up by David Young, who has six years of digital recruitment experience, joined JM Group just over a year ago to set up the new division.
