Check out international talent without leaving the desktop

Those recruiters engaged in international recruitment campaigns can extend their reach across Europe without leaving their offices. The third Working Worlds virtual career fair takes place in the online universe of Second Life on 19 November. Organisers, GAX Technologies, a European communications agency based in Luxembourg, said that last year’s event attracted 2,767 candidates and 600 official interviews took place. To date, more than 3,500 candidates have submitted CVs for this year’s event from across Europe. Cornelia den Hartog, managing director of GAX Technologies, said this event will have more of an international dimension that previous ones: “The need for companies to attract new profiles from beyond the territorial limits is becoming more and more important.”
