Software provider Bond International Software has launched the latest version of its recruitment software applications Bond Adapt, used by 100,000 worldwide, available through the company’s cloud-based onDemand service or onsite, Recruiter can reveal exclusively.

The new software has Mac compatibility, a new Feed Manager module, which allows automatic extraction of data from job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS) and also enables candidates and employers to search across a recruitment agency’s database through its Web Recruit mode.

Other new features include integration with social network analyzer TheSocialCV.com, drag and tag integration, more accurate data tailored to dealing with AWR issues, and an iPhone application allowing consultants to use it remotely.

Tim Richards, managing director of Bond International Software (UK), says: “In the last 24 months, the rate at which the recruitment market has shifted is almost unprecedented, as more and more is expected of the service that recruiters provide, and their speed of delivery is expected to quicken.

“We work closely with influential and insightful industry bodies such as APSCo, TEAM and the REC to remain ahead of the curve and gain advanced notice of what trends are emerging so that we can design and deliver additions to our portfolio and pre-empt demand, typically before our competitors have chance to.”
