Candidate assessment company AxiaMetrics has launched the Axia Profile, an online service that measures a person’s values and therefore the way they think and make decisions.
Firms can use the Axia Profile to determine an individual’s values, skills, talents and drivers providing a detailed understanding of what makes them tick.
Reports can then be generated to deliver a complete overview of the candidate’s development issues coupled with an interview guide to support this stage in the process. Typical reports include: applicant interview guide; sales interview guide; customer service interview guide and manager interview guide.
Nigel Griffiths, partner of AxiaMetrics, says: “In today’s employment marketplace the pressure is on every firm to ensure the hires they make are the right people in the right role, every time. Businesses can waste a vast amount of time and money by adopting the wrong recruitment processes, which will only lead to further cost when having to deal with high attrition rates.
“By using the Axia Profile and the specific recruitment/HR reports it can generate, firms can arm themselves with a range of information about the prospective employee before an interview has taken place.
“Each report can be tailored to the firm’s recruitment needs ensuring they interview only those candidates that have the right qualities and values. For example, a specific sales interview guide is designed for all sales-based roles providing a rating of the individual’s ability in areas such as empathy, handling rejection, achievement drive and their discipline for selling.”
