The Grafton Employment Group has appointed Aidan McKee as head of its specialist brands division, BluePrint Specialist Appointments, Ireland.

Working at a strategic level, McKee (pictured right) will primarily lead the Irish team to recruit talent for hard-to-find and niche roles in the IT and telecommunications, scientific, engineering and renewable energy sectors.

Before joining The Grafton Employment Group, McKee spent more than seven years in the recruitment industry as a branch manager with Hays and an associate director with specialist financial recruiter PRG.
