IT specialist recruiter Energize Recruitment Solutions has promoted Hayley Jones to internal recruitment manager to support the growth of the business in 2010 beyond.  

Jones was previously responsible for recruiting high-level sales professionals into the IT and software market and she will now headhunt the top talent in the recruitment industry.

Working with the management team at Energize, her objective will be to support the growth plans in Manchester and London, as well as creating new opportunities for Energize to diversify.
