Banking and financial services IT recruiter Cititec has appointed Jerri Lee as contractor management consultant.

Lee was previously customer care and compliance manager at IT recruiter Empiric Solutions.

She will be in charge of ensuring contractors are happy within assignments, overseeing the renewal process and networking amongst the contractor community to ensure optimum delivery of service.
