Southam-based specialist contractor Alumet is looking to take on around 50 staff at its Warwickshire site.

Southam-based specialist contractor Alumet is looking to take on around 50 staff at its Warwickshire site.

Since the launch of the firm’s EOS Energy brand last year and due to high demand for its range of solar PV panels, Alumet is expanding and seeking new staff, preferably with experience in renewable technologies.

Alumet’s managing director Gary Summers says: “We have always been a forward-thinking company and are constantly looking into new facade systems.

“However, the diversification into renewable technologies is our most exciting venture to date and we are proud to be offering employment to the local community — the future is definitely looking bright.”
