Recruiter Awards 2017: Recruiters’ achievements “should be shouted from the rooftops”

Rosaleen Blair, founder and CEO of Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), winner of the first Recruiter Impact Award at the Recruiter Awards for her influence on the recruitment industry, has told Recruiter that whenever recruiters “do great things it should be celebrated and shouted from the rooftops”.

This would help counter some of the current negative publicity and perceptions of the industry in the media and in some sections of society, she said.
