Human capital management solutions provider StepStone has launched a free Talent Strategy Assessment tool to help employers gauge the strengths and weaknesses of
their talent management processes.
Over 300 firms have already used the tool (available at www.talentstrategyassessment.com).
German, French and Chinese versions are now available.
