Shilton Sharpe Quarry has headhunted three leading lawyers for US law firm Greenberg Traurig.
Paul Maher, formerly international global law Mayer Brown’s global vice chairman, will join Cate Sharp and Fiona Adams in setting up an office of US firm Greenberg Traurig office in London.
Hanover Search & Selection has acquired City-based search firm Napier Scott for an undisclosed sum.
Patrick Field, managing director of Hanover, told Recruiter: “We got into discussions six or seven weeks’ ago. Sean Springer [Napier Scott’s chief executive] was looking for an exit, and we were in the market to purchase a company of that size.”

US executive search firm Diversified Search Odgers Berndtson has appointed Stephen A Dezember and Kevin B Kelly as managing directors to open its new Atlanta office.
Dezember and Kelly were previously executive vice presidents withSlayton Search Partners, a retained executive search firm.
Tracy Ellison has recently been appointed as Kelly Services’ UK manager.
Ellison has held the position on an interim basis since January this year. Ellison joined Kelly in 1992 to launch the permanent placement business in Liverpool. She previously worked in the legal and recruitment sectors.

Located in Poznan, the team will be led by country manager, Anna Wiatr. Wiatr previously worked under the old Nicholson International banner recruiting senior executives across a number of sectors.
