International recruiter Harvey Nash has acquired 50.1 % of the shares in executive search, assessment and technical recruiter Bjerke & Luther. 

Harvey Nash purchased the shares for 18.5m Norwegian Kroner (roughly £2.1m) plus 300,000 Norwegian Kroner in transaction costs (approximately £0.03m) payable in cash on closing.
