The ReThink Group has reached agreement with Simon Church, group business development director, to resign as a director of the company with effect from 30 September 2010.

The group’s results reveal:

·      Group Q1 gross profit (net fee income) up 30% (27%*) to £32.6m (2009: £25m)

Executive firm Spencer Stuart has been chosen by US amusement resort operator Cedar Fair Entertainment Company to lead in its search for two new board members.

According to the Association of Executive Search Consultants, the publicly traded partnership headquartered in Sandusky, Ohio, plans to increase its board from seven directors to nine.
