Recruiters should provide ‘effective headhunting’, says Evans

Recruiters have been urged to provide effective headhunting by Lee Evans group recruitment manager at New Look.

Evans told Recruiter: “Recruiters that add value to me are the ones that network and headhunt effectively. I look for flexibility, understanding, integrity and market knowledge. I don’t want excuses from my recruitment partners as they are supposed to be a solution to my problems, not an additional headache to cope with!”

For more from Evans, see Recruiter’s retail sector focus in the new magazine, out today (27 October).
