Atlan Resource Solutions has won a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) contract with communications company T-Systems and will be using a customised version of eploy’s online recruitment and applicant tracking software to manage the customer-candidate interface.

Communicate, specialists in placing mid-to-senior finance, treasury and corporate strategy professionals into commerce & industry and consulting firms, has appointed Paul Ruffley as internal recruitment & training manager.

Ruffley will be responsible for the ongoing induction/internal training of new graduate recruits and implementing a training scheme for existing staff.
