International recruiter Hays has been re-appointed to the government’s Buying Solutions framework to provide non-permanent staff.

Hays remains one of five suppliers responsible for the recruitment of all non-permanent staff up to board level and directors.

Recruiters are being urged to get up to speed with the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) codes of regulations, ahead of the Advertising Standards Authority’s remit for regulating digital marketing extension from March next year.
