Randstad Managed Services has appointed Eunice Clements-Tweedie as director of operations.

Clements-Tweedie will lead a change management programme as well as driving improvements in efficiency, effectiveness and excellence in client programme delivery.
 
She previously held senior operational positions at Zebra Managed Recruitment Services (now

part of Adecco), RBS, T-Mobile, Vodafone and sanofi-aventis.
 

Meanwhile, Randstad Corporate & Managed Services welcomes Louise Rayner as commercial director.

Rayner, who has spent the past 11 years in executive positions in Adecco and Hudson and more recently at RSM Tenon, will be responsible for heading and implementing the firm’s commercial strategic activities.
