Office support workers prize career progression over pay when looking for a new job, according to a survey by commercial recruiter Crone Corkill.
More than half of the respondents said career progression is the most important factor, followed closely by 35% whose most important factor is money, while just 3% say the job title is key.
Four in 10 employees plan to work past the default retirement age, set to be phased out in October next year, according to a survey from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
