Multi-sector recruiter Barker Ross has launched an agricultural division.
The division will be led by Rachel McCarthy, who joins Barker Ross from industrial recruiter Staffline in Lincoln.
McCarthy will also be involved in clerical and permanent executive recruitment in Lincolnshire.
Executive search firm CTPartners has appointed Jeremy Robertson as a partner in its global financial services practice.
Robertson was previously a senior consultant, equity partner, co-head of US Hedge Funds and global head of quantitative finance with financial executive search specialist Rice & Dore.

JSA has promoted Sarah Woodruff to director with immediate effect.
Woodruff joined JSA in 2008 as head of operations, taking overall responsibility for the delivery of JSA’s products. Group net fee income (NFI) at recruitment giant Hays rose 18% in the quarter ending 30 September, driven by strong growth in Asia Pacific.
NFI in Asia Pacific rose 39% on a like-for-like basis, with NFI in Continental Europe and the rest of the world 27% higher. However, the UK & Ireland market saw growth of just 1%, according to the company’s interim management statement.
