Multi-sector recruiter Barker Ross has launched an agricultural division.

The division will be led by Rachel McCarthy, who joins Barker Ross from industrial recruiter Staffline in Lincoln.

McCarthy will also be involved in clerical and permanent executive recruitment in Lincolnshire.
