Lander Associates, the specialist performance management and training consultancy, has launched Lander HR to deliver services to the recruitment sector.

Paul Marsh, the former HR and corporate services director of Advantage Professional, has joined Lander Associates to head up delivering the services that will include a mix of HR consultancy, workshops and general advice.

JSA has promoted Sarah Woodruff to director with immediate effect.

Woodruff joined JSA in 2008 as head of operations, taking overall responsibility for the delivery of JSA’s products. She has spearheaded a number of internal projects, including the implementation of business systems and she also played a major role in developing JSA’s customer care team through training.

Group net fee income (NFI) at recruitment giant Hays rose 18% in the quarter ending 30 September, driven by strong growth in Asia Pacific.
