The cost of red tape to UK business has now reached £88.3bn, up £11bn on last year, according to the latest BCC’s latest Burdens Barometer.

International recruitment and executive search VMA Group is to open a new European operation, headquartered in Brussels. 

Dawn Springett, formerly with Deutsche Post DHL and Burson-Marsteller, has been appointed to manage the Brussels operation.

VMA Group has also agreed an affiliate partnership agreement with US corporate communications executive search firm Patino Associates.
