Guthrie joins Rise Professions from HR Consultancy where he was commercial director and is charged with building a finance team within the business.
An article appeared in the online edition of recruiter.co.uk on 13 October (‘Postal strike to delay CRB checks’), looking at delayed CRB disclosures as a consequence of the postal strike and the effects this is having on candidates and recruiters. The article pointed to a general consensus from recruiters that they are solely reliant on the postal system to process CRB checks.
