Global provider of in-flight services LSG Sky Chefs has selected Kenexa’s recruitment process outsourcing solution to help improve its candidate hiring process.

New York Stock Exchange quoted staffing company MPS Group Inc has announced a 29% decline in revenue to $408m (£249m) for the third quarter compared with the same period in 2008.

On a sequential basis revenue was down 2% on the second quarter of 2009.

New York Stock Exchange listed recruiter Spherion has announced a drop in revenue for the third quarter of 2009.

Third quarter 2009 revenues were $420m (£253m) compared with $542 million last year, a fall of 22.5%.

Revenues for the first nine months of 2009 were $1.3bn compared with $1.7bn for the same period in 2008.

Office recruiter Tate has increased its network of offices to 27, while the office support function of Blue Arrow in Hemel Hempstead and Guildford will change its name to become part of the Tate brand next week.
