Not-for-profit professional body The Institute of Recruiters (IOR) has entered into a partnership with job board CV-Library.

The joint venture will enable IOR members to use the job board’s bespoke service to enhance their recruitment campaigns.

Human capital management technology and professional services provider Pilat HR Solutions has acquired Israel-based firm ITCom Information Systems.

IT and digital staffing specialist Energize Recruitment Solutions has appointed Indi Pahl as division manager.

Pahl joins the firm’s IT division from Progressive, part of the SThree Group.
