Human capital management technology and professional services provider Pilat HR Solutions has acquired Israel-based firm ITCom Information Systems.

The acquisition sees Pilat expands its human capital management (HCM) services to provide customer relationship management (CRM) and business intelligence (BI) solutions.

ITCom works with customers to provide end-to-end consulting, accompaniment and implementation information systems services globally.
