IT recruiter JM Group has launched its digital recruitment arm, as it expands away from the banking sector to work with digital marketing agencies.

Irwin told Recruiter that research conducted by PwC found a “real demand from students which many employers are not exploiting in terms of identifying students early and engaging with them and their development”.

RPO provider Alexander Mann Solutions has launched a new sourcing engine – source cloud.

The solution implements candidate relationship management software as well as a sourcing intelligence tool to create a bank of international active and passive candidates. The system can also be integrated with the client’s applicant tracking systems.
