North American retained executive search firm Caldwell Partners has appointed Stamford-based partner Peter Reed to lead its insurance practice.

Before joining Caldwell Partners in May, Reed was a partner and member of the financial services practice at CTPartners. He also spent 10 years as a key member of Korn/Ferry International’s global insurance practice.

Crem Recruitment has hired Chloe Garrett as consultant covering West Suffolk, North Essex and South Cambridgeshire.

Garrett has previous previous experience in both the temporary and permanent recruitment in and around Cambridge.

Recruitment is key a driver of innovation of change, according to a report from RPO provider Alexander Mann Solutions.

The survey of senior global HR decision makers shows 34% see recruitment as a driver of innovation and change, while 53% view it as an enabler.

Just 6% see recruitment as a potential barrier to innovation.
